My background includes investing professionally for over 25 years and starting and running the American Home, which bought and managed 2,500 single-family rental homes in 2009-2012. We then sold the portfolio in what was then the largest single transaction of single-family homes ever in 2015.

I’ve made my share of mistakes and hope to use this free newsletter to share high quality research, insights and interviews. I also want to introduce interesting money managers, executives and startups that no one has heard of.
